Sencha 煎茶

Sencha made from leaves carefully selected from tea gardens across Shizuoka, finished with fire and blended by a long-established tea house. The roasting draws out the aroma; the blend settles the taste. Experience and intention, layered up into a cup that doesn't wear thin, even every day.

One bag per cup. 180ml of water at 80°C, 60 seconds. No need to measure it exactly — the leaves will answer either way. If you like it stronger, give it a little longer.

The mesh is Soilon: plant-based, biodegradable. Water runs through it easily, and its three-dimensional triangular shape lets the leaves open up. Seven tea bags.
